Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on January 21, 2022 and concluded on January 27, 2022. The director/in-charge person was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 60 children present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 5, with 12 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
