Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on April 12, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. through 12:10 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 80 children, ages 8 months through 5, in the care of 13 staff members. Five children and ten staff records were reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for three children.

Areas observed were hand washing/bathroom, diapering procedures, educational center activities, story time, movement and lunch. Children appeared to be aware of the daily routine and schedule. Staff interactions were observed as positive.

No violations were found during this inspection.
