Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 2:20-3:00. There were 6 children for a total of 20 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, staff records, 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed waking from nap and playing freely . Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. There were no areas of non-compliance identified in this inspection.
