The department received a complaint regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, and a subsequent inspection was initiated and concluded on August 18, 2022. The licensing inspector was onsite approximately 12:30pm until 1:30pm. The licensing inspector conducted observations, interviewed staff and reviewed documentation.

The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
