Inspector Notes

A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on December 14,2023 from 1:30 P.M.-3:30 P.M. There were 54 children present, ranging in ages from three months to five years of age, with eleven staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and 14 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
