Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/30/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:00 p.m. and ended at 2:15 p.m.. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 56 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and one new staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
