Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the owner and director in conjunction with the licensing inspection beginning at 1:00 PM and ending at 3:02 PM. There were no children in care during the inspection. The indoor areas of the facility were inspected. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be inspected. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance.
