Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 11:00 a.m. One child arrived during the inspection, age four years old for a total of two points with one staff. The child was observed at arrival from the school bus, washing hands and having snack.

Childcare areas were observed. Documentation was reviewed both on site and remotely. Emergency drills were reviewed. Emergency supplies including a complete first aid kit was observed. Two children's records and one caregiver record were reviewed. The provider completed 21 hours of training during the license year. There are no medications on site for children enrolled.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
