Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 5/19/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 52 children were present with 13 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: participating in circle time, reading books, learning about frogs, and singing songs. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, 3 medications, and 5 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
