Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 03/20/24 from 9:10 a.m. to 11:09 a.m. in conjunction with a renewal/monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Five staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training, Health & Safety Update training, and current certification in First Aid and CPR. There are children currently enrolled with diagnosed food allergies and their records were reviewed for allergy care plans. The last lockdown drill was documented on 12/23/23.
