Inspector Notes

An in person monitoring inspection was conducted on March 22, 2022. There were 15 children present, ranging in ages from 5 years to 10 years, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff certifications were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
