Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 1, 2023, from 9:45am-10:20pm. At the time of entrance, 32 children were in care with 4 staff members present. Children were observed working on creating lanyards with one teacher in a small group. Another group of children were observed checking in from playing outside, washing hands and preparing to eat snack. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. Medications stored on site were inspected for compliance. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.

Based on record review, the center did not obtain documentation that each child has received the immunizations required.

Evidence: Child 1 is missing documentation of immunizations.
Plan of Correction: We will ensure the documentation for the immunizations are in the record.
