Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/1/2021. The Center Supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 20 school-age children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. One emergency medication was on-site for a documented food allergy. Snack served today was cinnamon chex cereal and milk. Parents provide lunch from home during the Teacher Workday. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
