Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 2/7/2022. The program is operating with 3 pods where children are assigned to a class/staff member to limit exposure. Staff records are not kept on-site but at the SACC/government office. There are 4 staff assigned to the center supervising school-age children. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Snack served today was carrots and dip, string cheese and water. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
