Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted during the after school session. 3 staff were present with children and in ratio for supervision. Observed children on the black top for free play, transition to the classroom and hand washing. Reviewed physical space in the two classrooms, medication authorizations and storage, staff records for training (FA/CPR, MAT, Preservice and Daily Health Observation). PM snack was goldfish and fruit juice. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
