Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted during the after school program. Forty four children were present with four staff and was within ratios for supervision. Observed transition into the AS program, hand washing, snack, group meeting and free play. Snack served today was banana bread and apple juice. Two emergency medications were on-site with all staff having FA/CPR, Daily Health and Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. Rooms reflect the year long Walk Into the Wild theme. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
