Inspector Notes
An afterschool monitoring visit was conducted today. Three staff and a volunteer were present with 40 children and is in ratio for supervision. Observed transition into the 2 SACC classrooms, hand washing, snack (Cheetz crackers peppers and dip as well as water) and free play. Reviewed 3 staff records for training requirements and emergency contacts as well as four children's records. Emergency medication is on-site and appropriate authorizations, allergy action plans and storage is current. Rooms reflect the school-year motif and children's work is displayed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
