Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted during the afterschool program. Thirty eight children were present with three staff and an intern. Observed children eating afternoon snack and transitioning to large group game of Disney Jeopardy to build teamwork and community. The two rooms are well equipped and maintained. All staff have first aid and CPR training. Reviewed emergency preparation, medication authorization and storage, 4 records and physical space. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 business days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.

Violations
2Evidence:
Poison Control and 911 numbers were not posted by the 2 telephones.
Evidence:
Child #3's allergy action plan list giving an Epi-pen if an allergic reaction were to occur but the center does not have an Epi-pen on-site as the parent has not provided one to the SACC program.
