An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/3/2024 and completed on 10/10/2024 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/2/2024 relating to allegations of child abuse. The inspector reviewed 1 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
