This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review and interview.

A code compliance inspection was initiated on 09/23/2021 and concluded on 10/01/2021. The director was contacted by telephone
and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 9 children present today with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, special services and background checks. A total of 2 children?s records and 1 staff record were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued
