Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site Code monitoring inspection was initiated on completed on 10/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:45 am and ended at 2:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and five staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included : document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
