The center is not using a changing table or countertop designated for changing children in classroom #5, with children ages two years old. The center is changing the children in classroom #5 standing up in the restroom.

Plan of Correction: The center has successfully changed 2 yr old children in this manner for over 20 years! D.S.S. approved a variance allowing this many years ago. On 11/12/25 we submitted "renewal" variance request.
