Inspector Notes
An unannounced mandated renewal inspection was completed by two inspectors from10:15am until 11:20. There were 5 children present with one provider for a total of 12 points. Four children?s records and one provider record and one household provider record were reviewed. Children were observed plying with magnetic tiles, playing, washing hands, and during reading time.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
Information gathered determined no violations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation (s) were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
