Inspector Notes

Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 1:40pm-3:15pm. There were 7 classrooms observed with a total of 74 children with 11 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with toys, being held/fed bottles, taking a nap, building with legos and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during the inspection. Based on observations, all areas outside of the center were not maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

Evidence:
1. On the Toddlers/Two's playground, there were multiple areas observed where the white siding on the outside of the building was cracked and broken off.
Plan of Correction: We have fixed this by put ting duct tape over the broken areas of the siding on the same day of the inspection.
