There were 2 broken plastic trucks with sharp edges inside of one of the open storage bins on the playground. There were also two large plastic cubes on the playground that were broken in multiple areas and had sharp edges. There was peeling white paint observed on the outside of one of the doors leading into the facility's school-age classrom from the playground.
