Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review and interview.

A code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/20/2021 and concluded on 10/22/2021. The director person was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 34 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 4 years, with 11 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 4 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
