This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review and interview.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 10/20/2021 and concluded on 10/22/2021. There were 34 children present with 11 staff supervising. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.
