Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 11/25/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:55 am and ended at 10:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present with 15 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interview and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
