Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, and interview.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/21/21 and concluded on 7/23/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were four children present with the provider, ranging in age from three years to five years old. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. Two child records and one provider record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
