Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/12/22 from 11:30am to 12:30pm with the provider. There were six children in care, ranging in age from 21-months to six-years-old, for a total of 12 points. Children were observed having free play with instructional games, puzzles, and musical instruments, then preparing for lunch. Five child records and the provider record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider reported there were no medications for children on site but the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
