Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 12/1/22 from 9:20am to 10:35am with the provider. There were five children in care, ranging in age from 16-months to three-years-old, for a total of 11 points. Children were observed doing puzzles, playing with baby dolls, and singing and dancing with musical instruments. Five child records and the provider?s record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider reported that there were no medications on site for children but the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Breakfast served was oatmeal, applesauce, toast, and milk. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
