Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/13/23 from 11:30am to 12:30pm with the provider. There were four children in care, ranging in age from two-years to seven-years-old, for a total of seven points. Children were observed having free play with stuffed animals, cars, and in the dramatic play kitchen. Two child records and the provider record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. There were no medications on-site for children, but the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Lunch served was cut hot dogs with baked beans, salad, oranges, and milk. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
