Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on November 1, 2022. There were 54 children present, with 9 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of staff records, the child day program did not have a central registry finding within 30 days of first day of employment.
Evidence
There is no central registry finding for staff # 1 (first day of employment 8/24/2022).
Plan of Correction: The central registry finding for staff was submitted today. Going forward we will make sure all central registry forms are submitted within 7 days of their first day of employment.
