Inspector Notes

An inspection was conducted today between 9:15am and 10:30am. There were 49 children present with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and emergencies. The children were observed in their educational setting. A total of 7 staff records and 5 child records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Based on review of staff records, staff #1 did not have documentation of undergoing a background check every five years.
Evidence
Staff #1 date of hire 0/1/2026, has an expired background check. Eligible fingerprint letter expired 6/2023.
Plan of Correction: The fingerprint has already been completed, we are waiting on the results. We will send the results to our inspector.
