Inspector Notes

The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 10/21/2021. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of safety of children when using the outside garden. The garden is located to the left of the building behind the fenced in playground which is adjacent to a road where cars travel at 35 mph. Staff stated they maintain proper supervision and are always within ratios. The center will put into place safety measures to protect the children from any possible harm that could occur due to the proximity of the garden to the main road. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations that harm has occurred, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
