Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection took place on 09/02/2022 between the hours of approximately 9:05 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. There were 9 classrooms observed with a total of 135 children with 25 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed reading, completing a phonics activity, coloring, tracing letters and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 11 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
