A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring Inspection took place on 05/22/2023 between the hours of approximately 9:05 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 9 classrooms observed with a total of 152 children with 25 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with play-doh, puzzles, completing writing activities, completing fine motor activities and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures was conducted during this inspection. There were 10 medications inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
