A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring Inspection took place on May 20, 2024 between the hours of approximately 12:20 p.m. and 2:25 p.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 5 classrooms observed with a total of 97 children with 13 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating lunch (chicken sandwiches, green beans and fruit), napping, and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures was conducted during this inspection. There were 5 staff records and 5 children's records reviewed. There were 2 medications reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
