An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 12 2024 and completed on December 12 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 1:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 211 children present and 44 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.

Staff #1 criminal record check was passed due 50 days from the employees start date.

Children under 10 years of age always shall be within actual sight and sound supervision of staff.

2 children were not visible to staff for approximately 5 minutes. The 2 children were doing work in the hallway, while the classroom staff were observed cleaning up for the next activity.
