Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 8/28/23 from 10:30 am to 11:40 am. There were 8 children (30 points) present, with 3 caregivers supervising. The children were observed playing with the caregivers and eating morning snack which included fresh bananas and oranges. There were no children on site with food allergies or medications. 3 children's records, 3 caregiver's records, 2 household member's records, emergency drill logs, emergency supplies and attendance was reviewed. A walk through of the family day home was conducted.
