Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 10:20am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection, and given a list of items required to complete the inspection. There were 6 children present = 16 points with the Provider + Assistant #2. The home was well supplied with toys and equipment for the children, and appeared clean and organized today. During the inspection, older children were having outdoor active play time, while the younger children were having indoor play time and napping. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
