Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 1:53pm. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 9 children present = 25 points with the provider and 2 assistant caregivers. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of inspection. Children were observed napping, being held and soothed during the inspection. The home was well supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today.
