Inspector Notes
Unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 11:20am. Observed 8 children = 22 points with the Provider, Assistant #1, and Assistant #2. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were preparing for naptime, being fed, and playing during the inspection. Caregivers were actively engaged with the children and promptly tending to their needs. Lunch served today included: chicken noodle soup, cheese, cucumbers, and milk. The child care areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. The backyard play areas offered a wide variety of play options. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
