An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on December 2, 2024 and completed on December 2, 2024, as a part of the current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:10am and ended at 8:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed
above. There were 4 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
