Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 21, 2022 from approximately 1:13 am to 2:15 pm. Two Caregivers were present with 3 children ( 5 points). Children were observed freely playing. Two children records and two caregiver records were reviewed on this date. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, diapering ,nutrition, outside area, children and caregiver records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations.
