Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 14, 2023 from 1:10pm - 2:00pm. There was two caregivers and five children present. Children were observed freely playing and eating lunch. Two children records and two caregiver record reviewed on this date.

Information gathered during the inspection determined area of non-compliance. Areas of non-complaince is noted on the violation notice.
