Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June7, 2024 from approximately 10:25 am to 11:55 am. Inspection concluded on June 7, 2024. Two provider were present with 4 children ( 10 points). Children were observed sleeping. Four children records and two provider records. Medication is not provide at the center. A inspection was conducted indoor and outdoor.
Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, diapering ,nutrition, outside area, children and caregiver records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
