Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition. Video footage showed nine exit doors blocked with snow on January 28, 2026, while the center was operating. Staff #1 and staff #2 stated the doors were not operable during the hours of operation.
Plan of Correction: Per management: Crews came to clear the lot and we had to remind them to come back and do the emergency exits. We will make sure 100% next time to remind them ahead of time to please do the emergency doors first. The areas at the emergency doors were cleared after operating hours on January 28, 2026.
