Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review. A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/13/21 and concluded on 9/13/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present during the inspection. However, during the day there were 6 children present, ranging in age from 2 yrs to 8 yrs, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
