Inspector Notes

n unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 5 children present during the inspection (13 points) with one caregiver. Children were observed playing with a variety of age-appropriate activities and toys.
2 caregiver/household member records and 4 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
Emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, first aid kit, First aid/CPR certifications, annual training hours, attendance, menu and fridge/freezer temperatures were all in compliance.
Rabies vaccinations for 4 cats are all current.

Based on a review of records, one household member did not obtain a subsequent report of tuberculosis (TB) screening every two years.
